RARE Mattel Patootie Clown Doll 1965 Rare Vintage Pull String

AS IS. Good condition. No repaint or repair done (not sure on right foot top),
costume is original – no restoration,
pull string does pull out BUT NO sound comes out and it does not say phrases. We were told the rubber band inside is prob broke? Comes will collar/no hat or mask.
Original Mattel tag is there. Collar has separation (approx 1.5-2″) see pics from material to tie string & a pink stain (see pics). Costume has some slight wear/fade, some minor stains (a wash might do it some good), there is some fraying where the pull string (at top of hemmed slit 1/2″?) goes through the costume.There are some marks & paint wear on the head – paint wear/loss on nose, blue line stains/marks between eyes (very light), blue mark/stain on back of head (1/4″) – see pics.
No holes or tears..very light age discoloration on the outfit.
Body and feet are clean – no holes. There is an approx 1/4″ fray between legs. Has costume snaps.
