This listing is for a color REPRODUCTION of the original wrist hang tag for the hard plastic and vinyl CHATTY CATHY doll made by the Mattel doll company in 1960.  If you have this doll, this is a good replacement for the original tag.  I have shown photos of the front of the tag.  The back has a warranty area and small writing on it in pencil from the original owner with a date of December 20, 1960.  I left this on the reproduction for historical reasons.  The hole in the tag to place over Chatty’s arm, is exactly like the original ( the original was not perfectly round, but followed the flowers around the handle.)  There were several different issues of tags for the Chatty family of dolls.  This is the earliest issue.   This tag is made on professional quality card stock and is glossy like the original.   This tag is historically accurate and is made to look slightly aged.   This is a great reference/replacement item for your doll collection.
