Koa Wood Balancing Wine Bottle Holder Stand Martin & MacArthur Hawaii with Tag

Koa Wood Balancing Wine Bottle Holder Stand by Martin & MacArthur Hawaii. New with tag.  The tag does have some writing and damage to the back side. The wine bottle holder is in very nice condition, but as seen in the last picture, there are a couple of small indentations/grooves to the upper left area near the bottle hole.
