New and Unused Electro-hydraulic powered crane with a maximum capacity of 90 tons at an outreach of 97’ outreach, and 15 tons at a maximum outreach of 125’, with 285’ maximum hook height
Equipped as follows:
Main & Aux Winches with wire rope and trolley with multi-part rigging and hooks for the operation to provide 285’ of hook drop.
10’ tall, bolt-down “upper” pedestal with covered access hole and hardware to mount pedestal
5’ tall, weld-down “lower” pedestal to mate with pedestal
350 degree non-continuous rotation via multiple planetary swing drives, with static and dynamic braking
Custom-fabricated, watertight operator’s cab mounted on the crane turret with the following: Deluxe adjustable operator’s seat with armrest mounted joystick proportional crane controls capable of multi-functioning, front tinted safety glass with washer and wiper, sliding windows on both sides, lockable marine-duty door, HVAC unit, cab lighting and fan, power unit controls, indicators, and alarms
Crane load monitoring and radius indicator with alarms
Hydraulic pressure gauges, Pushbutton warning horn, Remote Operation Station including operator’s control panel with joystick proportional crane controls capable of multi-functioning, power unit controls, indicators, and alarms, Crane load monitoring and radius indicator with alarms, pushbutton warning horn, 300 HP electro-hydraulic crane mounted power unit including the following: Dual 150HP TEFC, marine duty electric motors (440 VAC/3 PH/60 Hz), Custom motor controller with disconnect (reduced voltage starting), Pressure compensated, axial piston primary pumps, Oil cooling and offline filtration circuit, Glyptalcoated (internal) hydraulic tank, Return filters with indicators, filler strainer and tank breathers, drain valves and sump magnets
